What to expect

The TM coherence day offers a rare opportunity to spend a full day immersed in group meditation, knowledge, and the company of other meditators at MERU, Maharishi’s home for 18 years.

Many TM meditators notice that meditation becomes deeper and more effortless when practiced together in a group. The mind settles more easily, and the rest gained can be profoundly refreshing.

Throughout the day we alternate group Transcendental Meditation with Maharishi Yoga Asanas and pranayama, which help prepare the body and mind for deeper meditation. Participants will learn or refresh this comfortable set of asanas, helping the body relax and settle naturally into meditation.

The day also includes inspiring knowledge from Maharishi and Dr Tony Nader, along with time for questions and sharing experiences with TM teachers. These sessions often help clarify meditation experiences and bring greater confidence and ease to one’s daily practice.

Spending the day with other meditators in the peaceful setting of MERU, surrounded by nature in De Meinweg National Park and the harmony of Maharishi Vastu architecture, creates an atmosphere where the mind can naturally settle and rest.
