TM Teachers retreat autumn
You do so much for the world, this is our chance to do something for you.
This course has ended. Check our current courses and events for upcoming dates, or sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date.

What to expect
As a teacher, you hold the room. You read the group, carry the schedule, and make space for everyone else’s experience, often before your own. This retreat asks something different of you: nothing at all. No one to guide, no responsibility beyond your own practice. For a few days, you are simply among peers, not in charge of them.
During this retreat, you will experience:
- An environment created specifically for teachers of the Transcendental Meditation® programme, where you are the one being cared for
- Extended group practice of the TM-Sidhi programme, in a settled and coherent atmosphere
- Time for deep rest and reflection, held without obligation to anyone else’s experience
- The company of fellow TM Teachers from different backgrounds and countries
- Advanced knowledge sessions, pitched to the depth of experienced teachers
- Freshly prepared organic vegetarian meals
- Walks in nature within MERU and the surrounding National Park
- A settled in-residence environment in Maharishi Vastu buildings
The retreat is guided by experienced TM instructors, in a warm and supportive atmosphere. The language of the retreat is English.
