A day of deep rest, meditation, and connection with other women

There is a distinct comfort when women come together, a sense of safety that makes space for freer conversation and deeper rest.
Throughout the day, group TM and TM-Sidhi programme is alternated with Maharishi Yoga Asanas and prāṇāyāma. Meditating together in a group often helps the mind settle more deeply than meditating alone.
We will watch Maharishi’s video, “Awakening the Value of Mother Divine and Human Awareness”, along with time for questions and experience sharing with TM teachers, a great chance to troubleshoot your practice and hear how other women experience theirs.
MERU’s Maharishi Vastu buildings and natural surroundings are designed to support rest, so the environment itself does some of the work too.
The language of the retreat is English.
Would you like to stay longer?
