About the course

Join this special, interactive online course and learn about self-pulse reading, a fundamental aspect of Maharishi AyurVeda.

The course, hosted by Maharishi AyurVeda doctor Donn Brennan and Vaidya Rao, provides the theory and practical technique for detecting balance and imbalance in the body through feeling your own pulse. Using the findings in the pulse, you will learn how to apply simple measures to correct any imbalance at an early stage before it manifests as disease, through adjustments in your diet and lifestyle.

The process of self-pulse reading itself is soothing and enjoyable, creating a balancing influence in the physiology and spontaneously enhancing the self-healing ability of the body. What’s more, being self-referral through the pulse reading settles you, introducing a wave of integration in your mind and body that has a healing influence.

Take part in this online course, and be empowered with new knowledge and tools to restore balance in your physiology.

What course participants say

‘Every time I take the pulse, I feel some positive physical effect, as if the physiology is being adjusted, through my attention on it.’

– BL

‘I was amazed how quickly and effortlessly I learned to identify the different activities and changes taking place in my body just by feeling my pulse.’

– JF
