Course schedule

This course is a total of sixteen hours, taking place over two weekends in October. Each day covers four hours of material, from 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-17:00 Central European Summer Time on the following days:

Day 1 – Saturday, 10 October

Day 2 – Sunday, 11 October

Day 3 – Saturday, 17 October

Day 4 – Saturday, 18 October

What to bring

As practice of the postures is part of each lesson, please wear comfortable loose clothing to the Zoom meetings so you can comfortably practise the Yoga asanas. You will need a yoga mat or thick blanket to use during the course. If possible, we recommend connecting your computer to a television screen to be able to follow the postures easily with the course leader. Otherwise, you can set up your yoga mat close to your computer or laptop for easy viewing.

You are also recommended to bring Maharishi’s commentary on the Bhagavad-Gita and a journal so you can write down your experiences of practising the Yoga asanas during the course.

Joining the course

This course will combine both intellectual understanding and practical experience. The Maharishi Yoga Asanas are safe for almost everyone to practise with some exceptions, such as illness where exercise is contra-indicated. However, even if you are not able to perform the asanas during the course, you will intellectually gain so much from the experience that it is well worth it.

While live attendance is encouraged so you can ask questions, you can also view the recordings for up to one month after the course ends.

The live sessions will be conducted by Zoom video conferencing software. Technical requirements to join live are that you have a desktop or laptop that can access the internet. Instructions for using Zoom, and login details for joining the course, will be provided before the course.

Join and experience a taste of the fullness of life.

Register by 12 noon on 9 October.
