You’ll see the current status of the Apartments building with your own eyes, meet your new
neighbours, and enjoy the atmosphere of this special place in the Netherlands.

How much?
Live Full Weekend Event
450 EUR
Includes: Full day experience at MERU on June 1 & 2. Includes group and individual presentations, breakfast, buffet lunch, cakes and dinner.
You will need to book and pay for your accommodation separately.

Programme
On Saturday, you will be participating in the Open Yagya event on campus. You’ll be able to enjoy a relaxed day of group programme and enjoying the Vedic recitations.
On Sunday, the apartments group will meet for special presentations, 1-1 meetings, and exploring the campus and surrounding forest.
How to arrive?
CAR
If you have a car, driving to campus will be the easiest transportation option since MERU is fairly deep in the Meinweg National Park. If you are using public transportation we will arrange transport to MERU Campus.
AIRPLANE
If you will take an airplane, you can fly to Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Eindhoven or Brussels airport. You can read more information here.
Visas
Coming from outside the EU? Many countries offer a Visa waiver. It enables citizens to travel to the EU for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. More information on 90-day visas is here. Please note that if you need a visa, you should apply right away since visa applications take some time.
