About the course

Each lesson includes a short period for direct experience of pure consciousness through the Transcendental Meditation programme.

This experience, together with the intellectual understanding provided by the knowledge given in this course will provide the basis for living wholeness in life and spontaneously radiating a beneficial influence for the whole society.

This course features lectures by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi given in 1973 in Hertenstein, Lake Lucerne, Switzerland.

These lectures provide a unique opportunity to investigate the play and display of creative intelligence from the field of the unmanifest unboundedness to the field of manifest boundaries–the two aspects of the spiritual content of life.

The course features opportunities for questions and answers as well as activities to integrate the knowledge learned.

Course themes

  • The experience of unbounded pure consciousness—wholeness of life—as the basis of spiritual development
  • Enlivening the dignity of wholeness in every part of life: the full value of spiritual development
  • The relationship between brain activity and consciousness: the most refined activity of all the parts of the brain produces the wholeness of Transcendental Consciousness–the spiritual value of existence
  • Investigating the play and display of creative intelligence from the field of the unmanifest unboundedness to the field of manifest boundaries—the two aspects of the spiritual content of life
  • Deriving maximum from the intimate relationship of body, mind, and pure consciousness by handling the highest first—pure consciousness—to enrich all values of life
  • Spiritual Development: refining the activity of the nervous system to produce unbounded awareness, enabling every boundary to express the joy of the fullness of life

  • Experiencing the mechanics of spiritual development through Transcendental Meditation: taking recourse to the progressive nature of consciousness to transform consciousness to its own unbounded value
